DIVE-IN BIBLE STUDY

WHAT

What’s a better time than the summer to “Dive In” God’s Word? On Tuesdays in June and July from 1pm - 2pm, we will crack open the Bible and intentionally study the historical context of a book in the Bible, and then we will determine what this passage means for us today. The goal is to not only teach your student about a book of the Bible, but to teach them that in order to truly study God’s Word, we need to figure out what it originally meant to the first audience before we can learn what it means for us today.

WHEN

  • June 7, 21, 28 & July 5, 12

SUMMER CAMPS

WHAT

Summer camps are a great opportunity for your student to get plugged into the Student Ministry here at First Christian and also a great way for your student to establish or strengthen their relationship with God. See below the camps that we’re going to and the links for additional information on the camp

WHEN

  • June 12-17: Nebowa (Grades 7-9)
  • July 18-23: CIY MOVE (Grades 9-13)

Want to Volunteer with Students?

Student Leaders mentor middle and high school students in our weekly programming on Wednesday evenings throughout the school year. They join in on activities, sit with students during teaching, and help lead a small group of students for discussion of the evening's message.

All of our Student Leaders must complete a criminal background check and a volunteer application.

We'd love to have a conversation with you to see if this is a good fit for you! Fill out the form below and we'll get in contact with you.
