Opportunities to dig deeper
We want to help create habits of prayers throughout this series. If you text the word 'Simple' to 84576, you will receive a daily text every weekday that prompts you to pray. We'd love for you to join us on this journey for the next 8 weeks!
Simple Prayer bracelets will be available throughout the series. Our hope is that you will wear this everyday for the next 8 weeks and every time you see it on your wrist you will be reminded to pray and you will remember the hundreds of others around you who are also praying.
We want to point you toward resources that will help challenge and shape your personal faith. Below are a few recommended books that we think will help your prayer life
"I love Keller’s comprehensive look at some of the great historical writings on prayer, and his compelling call for us to confidently draw near to the heart of God because of Jesus." - Jed Mullenix, Lead Pastor
"Sacred Pathways gave me a fresh perspective on how God has wired me. We’re all unique, even in the ways we feel closest to God, and Sacred Pathways will help you discover your natural path to connecting with him." - Matt Bortmess, Executive Pastor
"The story within the pages of Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire is a great example of simple prayer, answered by our powerful God. As you read may you be encouraged, as I was, to run to our God in Simple Prayer and then stand back and be amazed at what a God could do in our church, our home, our school, and yes even your Life." - Thomas Hale, Worship Pastor
"Early in my walk with Jesus this book turned my prayer life right side up with its practical insights, clear biblical instruction, and compelling challenges to become a man of prayer. If you are expecting a busy life, I encourage you to discover how to make room for Simple Prayer habits that will bring order to your chaos." - Rich Milliken, Discipleship Pastor
On Sunday, January 28th we will be gathering at 5:00PM to lift our voices in unity to give our amazing God praise and honor with an extended night of worship. We are praying that the evening’s events will draw us into deeper connection with our Father’s heart as we declare in one voice through singing; who God is, what he has done (and continues to do) in our lives, and our desire to be used by our God to help people find their way back to Him. While this will all take place in the Heritage Chapel, the room’s set-up will look a little different. Come expecting a powerful night of worship with our Creator, the Great I Am at the center of it all.
